Turn your contact details, or a whole staff list from a CSV file, into QR codes that save straight into any phone's contacts. No sign-up. Your contact list stays on your device.
What is a vCard QR code? It holds your name, phone, email, job title and website inside the code itself. Someone scans it with their phone camera and the phone offers to save you as a new contact. There is no link to expire and no subscription, so a printed card keeps working.
Five steps, about two minutes, and it works the same on a phone or a laptop.
Printing cards for a whole department, an event or a new hire intake? Prepare one spreadsheet and get every QR code in one go.

Your details are inside the code, so there is no redirect service that can shut off or ask for a renewal.
Yes. You can make as many contact QR codes as you like, including whole batches from a CSV file, and download them as SVG, PNG or one ZIP. The free plan puts your logo on one card, plus one more card after a short form. Logos on every card are part of TapCard Pro, available by quote.
A vCard QR code stores your contact details (name, phone, email, job title, website and more) inside the code itself. When someone scans it with their phone camera, the phone offers to save you as a new contact. Because the details are in the code, it does not expire and does not depend on any website staying online.
Choose vCard 3.0 for the fullest contact card, including job title, website and LinkedIn. Choose MECARD when you need a simpler, less dense code for a very small print. Both are supported by TapCard. Scan a test print with an iPhone and an Android phone before you order a full batch.
Open TapCard, choose Download CSV template, fill in one row per person, then choose Upload CSV. Every row becomes a contact with its own QR code. Download them all at once as a ZIP of SVG or PNG files.
No. TapCard builds the QR codes on your own device and keeps your contact list in your browser. The only time anything is sent to us is if you choose to submit the short form that unlocks a second logo card, which sends the name and email you type into it. See our privacy policy.
Yes. After the first visit it works without internet, and you can install it on an Android phone or iPhone from the browser menu so it opens like an app.
Use the SVG file for print because it stays sharp at any size. PNG files are available up to 4096 pixels. As a rule of thumb, print the code at least 2 cm wide with dark ink on a light background, and keep a clear blank border around it.
Yes. Add a logo to one card on the free plan, and one more card after a short name and email form. TapCard uses the highest error correction level so the code still scans with a logo in the middle. Logos on every card, such as one logo per department or client, are part of TapCard Pro.
No. These are static QR codes that contain your contact details directly, so there is no subscription and no link that can expire. If your details change, make a new code.
